This website, including the "Request a Proposal" and contact forms, is not monitored 24/7 for emergency response purposes. Arch Protection Services is not responsible for any delay in response resulting from reports submitted via this Site.

3. SCOPE OF SERVICE

These Terms of Use govern only your use of the website. The specific terms, coverage limits, and operational protocols of any physical security services, robotics deployment, or patrol services provided by Arch Protection Services are governed exclusively by the separate Client Service Agreement (CSA) executed between you and the Company. In the event of a conflict between this website and your CSA, the CSA shall control.

4. FORWARD-LOOKING STATEMENTS (ROBOTICS & TECH)

This Site may contain statements regarding future security technologies, including humanoid robotics and autonomous defense systems. These statements reflect our current expectations and are not guarantees of future performance or availability. The deployment of such technology is subject to regulatory approval and technological feasibility.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
